Not a bad idea to cash in on the big bucks and leave the hassels of protection to Sedgwick and Sumner Counties. And let the Sumner County Taxpayers foot the burden for prosecuting them. Best thing that the County Commissioners could have done at the time of the casino reviews would have been to let Sedgwick county annex in all of the rest of Mulvane in sumner county then it would have been where all the people of sumner county wanted it.
